Group Classes
Cancelation Policy
All classes run for eleven weeks, and are eligible for a refund up to two weeks (14 days) before the initial class is scheduled to begin. Any class cancellations made less than two weeks in advance are not eligible for a refund. If your child misses any of the eleven classes, the instructor will send materials and information home with the child during their next class, but there will not be a partial refund. Any classes canceled by Masterthinkers will be refunded.
Individual Lessons
Cancelation Policy
All individual lessons are scheduled on a recurring weekly basis. Lessons may be canceled with 24 hour notice. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged. Any lessons canceled by Masterthinkers will not be charged.
Health and Safety
It is expected that all families and staff all will follow current Covid-19 guidelines. Masks are not currently required at Masterthinkers, but parents, students, teachers, and staff may choose to wear a mask.
Children must be fever free for at least 24 hours before attending any class or private lesson.
